just how do you all cope? I am so shattered....try to sleep in the day when Lola sleeps but find that is often the only time to get a few things done and find it difficult to relax, or the phone rings. Just want to crawl into a cupboard at the mo and sleep for a year!

I know everyone goes through this but I never imagined I would feel so drained all of the time.
